  1. What a fun week! How do you make your jam?

  2. LivingSoAbundantly ~ I make it the old-fashioned way, I suppose. For blueberry jam, I do not use pectin, and I try to use less sugar than most. For example, I may use four cups of blueberries, and begin to simmer them in a large, heavy pot, mashing them a bit as they cook. Then I will add two cups of sugar, and boil gently for about 5-7 minutes, stirring constantly. Ladle into prepared jelly jars, let cool, and enjoy. What I won't use that week will go into the freezer :)

  3. Yummy! Blueberries!

What a wonderful weekend you all were blessed with. Don't you just love all the fresh summer fruits? We're planning to go peach picking soon, as the orchards in this area opened last week. Can't wait for some peach pie!

  4. What a perfect weekend! Mine was spent picking blackberries, hosting family, and sharing sweet fellowship. I think the entire month of July has been all about making memories! :)
